Thin Film Pressure Sensor "PA-97S series" for middle-high pressure

We are pleased to announce the new release of thin film pressure sensor “PA-97S series” for middle-high pressure from October 2019.
The “PA-97S series” are developed to measure liquid or gas pressure in general industrial equipment such as hydraulic equipment, machine tools, chiller, etc. By adopting metal thin-film pressure sensing element, a wide pressure range (1MPa to 80MPa) can be measured with high precision and high reliability.
The “PA-97S series” are rated IP67 with welded and integrated connector structure, and can be used in a wide range of temperature, from -40 to 125 °C.
Features
- High precision and high reliability achieved by metal thin-film technology (SUS630 equivalent diaphragm, no silicone oil)
- The maximum permitted media temperature range extends from -40 to +125 °C
*High precision with an accuracy of ±0.5 %F.S. can be achieved within a range of 0 to 105 °C
- Waterproof (IP67) with welded and integrated connector structure
- Wide variety of pressure ranges to choose from
