NIDEC COPAL ELECTRONICS CORP. is pleased to announce the new release of ultra-miniature pressure sensor of "P-7100 series" from May 2014. This new release product is developed as a pressure sensor for measuring the pressure of gas or liquid in the semiconductor production equipment, general industrial equipment, and medical devices. This new product has a double diaphragm structure: one is a silicon diaphragm on which the sensing cell of piezo-resistive bridge is fabricated by

using diffusing process; The sealed cavity between the two diaphragms is filled with oil. By COB (chip on board) implementing digital temperature compensation circuit, ultra-miniature and light weight and high accuracy and high reliability were realized in this product. NIDEC COPAL ELECTRONICS CORP. new P-7100 series will be suitable for a variety of applications, such as compressor, general purpose pump, fuel cell, vacuum equipment, vacuum packaging machine and water treatment equipment, etc.
