Actuator business
We operate a motor business centered on stepping motors and a scanner business centered on brushless motors. In particular, the air dynamic pressure bearing motor, which is based on our proprietary technology, features a non-contact structure during rotation, achieving ultra-high speed rotation, long life, and low vibration, and is used in products such as micro blowers and polygon laser scanners. We also supply a wide range of polygon mirrors and polygon laser scanners to a variety of markets and manufacturers, including biomedical and various industrial equipment.
Polygon mirror & polygon laser scanner
Applications
Features
We are proud of our skilled processing technology and production capacity, which allows us to mass-produce high-quality, compact polygon mirrors and polygon laser scanners at a cost-competitive level, as well as custom-made them, which is truly our strength. We supply a wide range of polygon mirrors and polygon laser scanners to a variety of markets and manufacturers, including biomedical and various industrial equipment. Recently, it has been attracting attention as a scanning device for LiDAR.
Functions
Fan&Blower
Applications
Micro blowers are used in medical equipment (ex. CPAP), household fuel cells, 3D printers, servers, ionizers, etc.
Features
Brushless DC axial fans are available in sizes 16 to 60 mm square, and feature small size, thin profile, high air volume, and low noise. In particular, our ultra-thin, compact side flow fan, which measures 16 mm square and has a thickness of 4.5 mm, is used in pico projectors and other devices, and is ideal for spot cooling PCB ICs in mobile devices that require space-saving support.
Motor
Applications
Features
We specialize in permanent magnet type (PM type) stepping motors, and our lineup ranges from standard stepping motors to linear drive types. With the technical know-how accumulated over many years, we have established high processing accuracy and assembly technology.
DC motors are available in low-noise resin gear types as well as metal gear types with improved gear strength.
Functions
In a DC motor, when current is passed through the commutator to the rotor, it is in a magnetic field, so electromagnetic force is generated and it rotates. The rotational force is used to perform mechanical work.
