Since we began manufacturing and selling our sensors for electronic blood pressure monitors in 1980, we have been supplying them to a wide range of industries including semiconductor manufacturing equipment, industrial machinery, medical equipment, analytical equipment, and measuring instruments for approximately 40 years. Suppliers that are We respond to market demands with two types of sensors for the semiconductor Si-MEMS and the thin film sensor with SUS, depending on the application. In recent years, we have been actively releasing new products such as a ratiometric output type with a built-in compact amplifier and an expanded range of high-vacuum and high-pressure sensors that use thin-film elements, expanding our business domain.

Liquid Sensor
Features
This product is a sensor that instantly detects liquid leaks and achieves high sensitivity without the need for a light shielding plate.Our liquid leakage sensors uses an infrared reflection detection method. No light shielding plate or amplifier circuit is required, and the unique optical technology enables accurate leakage detection. It is small and thin (Φ25mm t=10mm), and has good visibility by switching the display LED when detecting a liquid leak.
In addition, PFA products are compatible with all media and can be used in a wide range of fields depending on the application.
