Metallic Thin Film Sensors Special Feature
Metallic Thin Film Sensors Special Feature
- Chapter 4 New!
- Introduction to Torque Sensors New!
In this chapter, we introduce torque sensors as an application product developed using our thin-film sensors on metal.
Our torque sensors are highly sensitive and rigid, offering excellent responsiveness. By installing them between the motor and output shaft, feedback control can be achieved for the torque applied to the motor, contributing to more flexible movements.
Additionally, by installing them in the driving or operational parts of equipment, real-time monitoring becomes possible, aiding in the automation and manpower reduction of factories, as well as predictive maintenance.
Features of Our Torque Sensors
- High Precision (High Sensitivity, Resolution, Stability)
Detects minute torque with minimal noise - Built-In Redundant Digital Circuits
Structure considering ISO 13849-1 Cat.3 - Thin with High Rigidity
10mm thin with rigidity exceeding that of a speed reducer
- Low Crosstalk
Minimal influence from other axes - Hollow Center
Hollow-in wiring provides a slim design - Excellent Productivity
Stable reliability achieved through dedicated factories and automation
