⚠️ Attention⚠️ Attention

Make sure to follow the instructions below when the fluid medium is water or other chemicals.

1.Surge pressure must be controlled lower than max. operating pressure when using water or liquid as a fluid medium.

2.Be sure to place Insert Ring into the tube edge when the tube is inserted into Push-In fittings with water liquid as a fluid medium. (please see below)

3.The specification above may not be applied, depending on the kind of chemicals or mixed gases used as fluid medium.

(1) How to insert and to detach a tube

❶ How to insert a tube

Simpry insert a tube to push-in tube fitting and it is completed.
Make sure to insert a tube up to tube-end.
Lock-claws bite a tube and elastic sleeve seals around the tube.
When installing, please refer to the C dimension in the upper dimension table.

❷ How to detach a tube

Pull out a tube with pushing release-ring, and the tube gets detached.
Make sure to stop air supply before you detach a tube.

(2) How to tighten the screws

❶ Tighten the screws

There are two types of tightening screws: one is the method of tightening the outer diameter hexagon with a wrench, and the other is the method of tightening the hexagon inner diameter with a hexagonal wrench (you can leave a small space between the joints).
In tightening the screw, refer to the following Note 2.

Note 1. Make sure that the outside diameter tolerance of the tube meets the following specifications.
